Place to go on New Year's Eve in Tampa, Florida?

We are looking for a good fun, fancy restaurant for dinner and celebrate the Year New Tampa. We are not interested in the spoiled frat boy, drink-till-you-BARF section of the city (which I guess is Ybor City). We are looking for a price moderate, in the yuppie neighborhood (we're not quite sure where). We would prefer to stay in the restaurant, at our table, through the New Year without to move … thoughts … feelings … Rhode Island is neither a road nor an island … discuss …

Take a look at six tables. Not that cheap, especially if you drink wine, but we were there several years ago for the New Year and that was elegant and charming. Intimate personal service.
