How can I get a decent job if convicted of a felony? Nobody will give me a chance.?

I am guilty of driving license suspended and possession of parafinella. Since then I've been clean since November 2004 DURGS. I was fighting the charge, while in prison, but was sent to prison in any case in January 2006. was released in Oct.2006 and transional been living in a women's shelter run by the Salvation Army. One of the requirements to stay here is to be used. I live in Tampa, Florida and I'm working a case plan to obtain custidy restored my 2 daughters. Employment is also a requirement of this. All I know is I'm trying my best but dosent seem to be good enough lately. Anyone have any ideas for me?
